Farideh, a woman hailing from southern Persia, was raised in a loving home nestled near the sea, enveloped by vibrant bougainvillea flowers. This upbringing undeniably shaped her character, as the serene turquoise hue of the sea instilled in her a deep sense of tranquility and positivity, while the passionate red hues evoked feelings of love and generosity.
Renowned for her warm hospitality and deep connection to the culinary traditions of southern Persia, Farideh’s culinary expertise resonates with the local Emirati cuisine, reflecting a beautiful blend of cultures. She invites you to experience the unique flavors of southern Persian cuisine in her remarkable establishment, Farideh Restaurant.
As your dining experience draws to a close, she lovingly shares the words “Noush Jan” (Bon appétit!) with you, symbolizing her genuine wish for your enjoyment and satisfaction.
